Students have six months to complete a course or module after the date of enrollment. After that time, they are listed as "incomplete" and no grade is issued for that course.
In some cases, students who still have all the materials from the course may re-enroll after paying a reinstatement fee. The fee consists of a one-time administrative fee of $25 for each course or module in which the student wishes to re-enroll. Wherever possible, we will attempt to reinstate the student with the original instructor.
Students without course materials or those who have paid discounted tuition in advance for unreceived courses or modules cannot be reinstated and must re-enroll in the course at full tuition.
